Surprise 50th Birthday

Today is the test. To see if the last three months of work we did is going to pay off. Do mom and dad know? Do they even have a clue? My brothers and sisters have been having weekly phone calls for the last three months to plan this. It was harder for us to pick a time to do this than putting it together. Kelli is the expert table designer. David, Kevin and Kandi were the negotiators. Keith and Kristi were the decorations brainstormers and Katy was the extra suprise schemer. She helped Auntie Anne, Aunt Sheila and the Greenslit family plan their flight itinerary so that they all would make it into MCI at about the same time. She aided Auntie Anne to pull off her coming in for the weekend to suprise mom.

It did require some running around on Friday and Saturday but it was the best thing we have done for mom and dad.
